Rollo Tanner is a highly experienced business and technology leader with over 30 years at the forefront of product management, software development and strategic transformation.
Before co-founding Ttandem Consulting LLP in 2016, he held senior leadership roles in major international organisations, including Vice President for Product Management at Pegasus Solutions and a decade as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Solutions Officer at Lanyon. He also served as President of HEDNA, bringing global perspective and influence within the hospitality and technology industries.
Today, through Ttandem Consulting, Rollo works internationally across the USA, Europe and Asia, advising businesses on product and technology strategy, change management, and growth through mergers and acquisitions. He is valued for his ability to cut through complexity, provide clarity, and turn commercial challenges into opportunities for sustainable success.
Kim Tisdale
Kim Tisdale is an accomplished leader and project specialist with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex initiatives across the hospitality and travel industries worldwide.
Her career has spanned electronic distribution strategy, yield and revenue management, sales and account management, customer training, CRM, data and reporting systems, and the leadership of global call centre and reservations operations. She has successfully managed diverse teams and projects in the UK, USA and across Europe, building a reputation for turning complexity into clear, achievable plans and delivering results in challenging, international environments.
A co-founder of Ttandem Consulting, Kim applies her breadth of operational and project management experience to help organisations sharpen their strategy, improve performance, and execute projects with confidence and clarity.
Dr Matthew Tanner MBE
Described by Arts Council England (SW) as “one of the most outstanding cultural leaders of recent times", Matthew Tanner is a highly experienced museum and heritage leader with a track record of delivering transformation at the highest level.
As Chief Executive of the SS Great Britain Trust for over 20 years, Matthew led award-winning projects that combined bold conservation with entrepreneurial growth, establishing the Trust as one of the UK’s most innovative cultural organisations. His leadership encompassed every facet of heritage management — from conserving large historic ships and complex sites, to business planning, fundraising, marketing, interpretation and visitor experience.
Today, through Ttandem Consulting, Matthew works internationally with museums, heritage bodies and cultural organisations. He is valued for his ability to cut through complexity, uncover hidden needs, and provide honest, pragmatic advice that enables boards and leaders to make confident, resilient decisions.
He has served as President of the International Congress of Maritime Museums and as Chairman of the UK Association of Independent Museums, and continues to research, publish and speak widely on heritage, museums, and historic ship conservation.
